Global Jump LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company with a mailing address at 605 Browns Creek Rd, Union, South Carolina 29379, United States. You may contact us at support@globaljump.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you satisfy these requirements. You may use the Services for yourself or for another person only when you are legally authorized to act for that person and provide their information.

Global Jump is a technology marketplace and information platform. Global Jump is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not offer legal advice. We do not guarantee that any visa category, immigration strategy, application, petition, or other matter will be accepted or successful. Our evaluation may use your answers to identify visa categories for which you may potentially qualify. The evaluation is general, preliminary information only. It is not a legal opinion, does not establish eligibility, does not predict a government decision, and does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Immigration laws, policies, processing practices, and individual circumstances change, and an evaluation may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Only a qualified professional whom you separately choose to engage may provide legal advice. You are responsible for verifying deadlines, requirements, and advice with an appropriate professional or government source.

Professionals listed or accessible through the marketplace are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Global Jump. A profile, search ranking, verification badge, review, or marketplace availability is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty concerning a professional's identity, licensing, competence, availability, advice, conduct, fees, or results.

You are responsible for selecting a professional and reviewing that professional's license, qualifications, engagement terms, fees, conflicts, privacy notice, and professional obligations. Any attorney-client or other professional relationship exists solely between you and the professional and begins only under the professional's applicable engagement process. Global Jump is not a party to that professional relationship or responsible for professional advice, acts, omissions, deadlines, communications, fees, or outcomes.

Global Jump does not sell customer leads to professionals and does not receive referral fees based on your selection or engagement of a professional.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using unauthorized information, transfer an account without permission, or allow another person to use your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and authentication methods.

Notify support@globaljump.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. We may require identity verification, restrict access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, professionals, Global Jump, or the Services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and relevance of information and documents you submit. Do not upload altered, fraudulent, unlawfully obtained, malicious, or unauthorized material. Do not provide more sensitive information than the relevant feature reasonably requests.

Global Jump will not automatically disclose your uploaded documents to a marketplace professional. We will make documents available to a selected professional only after you authorize the disclosure through the Services or another documented method. Your authorization permits Global Jump to transmit or make the designated materials available to that professional for the requested purpose.

Uploaded immigration and identity documents are scheduled for deletion from active systems six months after upload, subject to the exceptions and backup practices described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Global Jump is not a permanent document-storage or records-management service.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Global Jump a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services; comply with your instructions; connect you with authorized professionals; enforce these Terms; and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for lawful retention, security records, and temporary backup copies.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant this license, including when the content concerns another person.

The Services may include automated evaluation, AI-assisted chat, or other machine-supported features. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and must not be relied upon as legal advice. Do not use automated output as the sole basis for an immigration filing, deadline, travel decision, financial commitment, or other important action.

Global Jump does not authorize an AI provider to use your conversations to train general-purpose AI models. Do not place passport numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, or confidential documents into an AI chat unless Global Jump expressly directs you to a secure feature designed for that information.

Prices, billing intervals, taxes, included features, and material purchase terms will be shown before you complete a transaction. You authorize Global Jump and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for amounts you approve. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion charges, and accurate billing information unless law requires otherwise.

Global Jump may change prices prospectively. A price change will not alter a completed one-time purchase. For a subscription, we will provide notice of a material price change when required and apply it no earlier than the next renewal permitted by law.

Depending on the professional and service, you may pay a professional directly or use a payment feature made available through Global Jump. When you pay a professional directly, the professional's invoice, refund policy, engagement agreement, and payment terms govern that payment, and Global Jump is not responsible for collection or refund disputes.

When Global Jump facilitates a payment to a professional, we and Stripe provide payment technology and may collect an authorized platform or processing charge disclosed before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, facilitating payment does not make Global Jump the provider of the professional service, a law firm, a party to the engagement, or a guarantor of performance. Professional charges and Global Jump charges may appear separately and may be subject to different cancellation and refund rules.

If you purchase a subscription, the checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel through the account controls made available for that purpose or by contacting support@globaljump.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law or the purchase terms require otherwise.

Deleting an account or stopping use does not necessarily cancel a subscription. We will not impose a cancellation method that is materially more difficult than the method used to enroll where prohibited by law.

Global Jump considers refund requests case by case based on the Service, whether an evaluation or other digital service has been delivered or used, the timing and reason for the request, technical problems, duplicate charges, suspected misuse, and applicable law. To request a refund, contact support@globaljump.com with the account email, transaction information, and reason for the request. A case-by-case policy does not guarantee a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, conformity remedy, or other consumer right that cannot legally be limited. Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain distance contracts. If you expressly request immediate performance or access to digital content during that period, you may be required to acknowledge the effect on the withdrawal right, and you may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal where permitted. Faulty or nonconforming digital services remain subject to mandatory remedies.

Refunds for professional services are governed by the professional's terms unless Global Jump expressly states otherwise. If Global Jump facilitated the payment, we may assist with communications or payment processing but do not determine professional liability or guarantee a refund.

You may not use the Services to:

If the Services permit reviews, ratings, messages, or other public or professional-facing content, your submissions must be truthful, based on genuine experience, relevant, respectful, and lawful. You may not manipulate ratings, offer or accept undisclosed incentives for reviews, disclose confidential information, threaten others, or publish defamatory or harassing content.

We may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or platform-integrity risks. We are not obligated to monitor every communication or independently verify every statement.

The Services, including software, interface, design, evaluation structure, text, graphics, branding, databases, and Global Jump content, are owned by or licensed to Global Jump and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Global Jump grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Global Jump and its logos are trademarks or trade dress of Global Jump LLC. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@globaljump.com and Global Jump LLC, Attn: Copyright, 605 Browns Creek Rd, Union, SC 29379. Include identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any notices presented when information is collected.

The Services may integrate with or link to Stripe, Google Analytics, professional websites, government resources, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Global Jump does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or conduct. A link or integration does not imply endorsement.

You agree that we may provide contracts, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically, including by email, account notification, or website posting, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and the hardware and software needed to access and retain electronic records. Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe rights.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features; establish reasonable usage limits; or discontinue part of the Services. We will provide notice when required by law or when a change materially affects a paid Service.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay authorized charges, misused documents or professional connections, or if suspension is required by law. When practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention and outstanding obligations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GLOBAL JUMP DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, EVALUATIONS, PROFESSIONAL LISTINGS, AUTOMATED OUTPUTS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

GLOBAL JUMP DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VISA, IMMIGRATION BENEFIT, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE, PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, FILING RESULT, APPOINTMENT, REFUND FROM A PROFESSIONAL, OR GOVERNMENT OUTCOME. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL JUMP AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; IMMIGRATION DELAYS OR OUTCOMES; OR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONALS OR THIRD PARTIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL JUMP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO GLOBAL JUMP FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). AMOUNTS PAID TO AN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ARE NOT AMOUNTS PAID TO GLOBAL JUMP FOR PURPOSES OF THIS LIMIT.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights, depending on applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Jump and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or submission of fraudulent or unauthorized content. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Global Jump for Global Jump's own unlawful conduct and does not apply where prohibited by law.

Before filing a lawsuit concerning these Terms or the Services, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the dispute, requested relief, and relevant account or transaction information. Notices to Global Jump must be sent to support@globaljump.com and Global Jump LLC, Attn: Legal, 605 Browns Creek Rd, Union, SC 29379. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt.

If the dispute is not resolved, the parties will attempt nonbinding mediation before filing suit, unless emergency injunctive relief is reasonably necessary or mandatory law permits immediate court action. The parties will agree on a neutral mediator and may mediate remotely or in South Carolina. Each party will bear its own legal fees and share the mediator's fees equally unless they agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different allocation. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator or mediation date within 30 days after a mediation request, either party may proceed to court.

This mediation provision does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, data protection authority, consumer-protection agency, professional disciplinary authority, payment-card issuer, or small-claims court where permitted. It does not impose a cost or location barrier that would unlawfully restrict a consumer remedy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the mediation provision, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Union County, South Carolina, and the parties consent to those courts.

If you are a consumer outside South Carolina, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be waived in your country, state, province, or territory. Consumers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their place of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively. If law requires consent to a change, we will request it. Continued use after the effective date of an enforceable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, purchase disclosures, and any additional terms expressly presented for a Service constitute the agreement between you and Global Jump concerning the Services. If specific purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms control for that purchase, subject to mandatory law.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; Global Jump may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of its business, subject to applicable law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations already due. Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.
